HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY CANDLE?

BEFORE FIRST BURN

BEFORE LIGHTING, TRIM THE WICK - ABOUT 1/2CM OFF.

THIS ALSO APPLIES FOR EVERY OTHER BURN TOO. TRIMMING THE WICK BEFORE EVERY USE PREVENTS ANY CANDLE FROM FLARING.

ALLOW YOUR CANDLE TO BURN FOR AROUND 2 HOURS TO ALLOW THE WAX TO

MELT TO THE EDGES. THIS PREVENTS YOUR CANDLE FROM

TUNNELLING WHILE BURNING.

PLEASE NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED.

PLEASE BURN CANDLE AWAY FROM DRAFTS, OR ANYTHING THAT CAN CATCH FIRE.

PLEASE KEEP CAUTION AND AVOID MOVING OR TOUCHING A BURNING CANDLE.

ALWAYS KEEP CANDLE FREE FROM FOREIGN MATERIALS OR WICK TRIMMINGS.

DO NOT BURN FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS.
 

WHY IS MY CANDLE BUMPY AND ROUGH AT THE TOP AFTER BURNING?

THIS WAS STRANGE TO US TOO DURING THE TESTING STAGE. DUE TO THE NATURE OF PURE SOY WAX, ROUGH TOPS AND DISCOLOURATION ARE TO BE EXPECTED. DON'T WORRY. IF ANYTHING, IT IS A TELL TALE SIGN THAT THE WAX IS 100% SOY WAX.
